It’s no secret that the way our food is grown today can be harmful to our health. I’m so happy that I discovered the world of organic food, healthy supplements, and fitness early in my life. It’s become an important part of my life.

I think we’re all a bit confused when it comes to food and supplements, and it’s no wonder why. There’s a ton of companies out there trying to sell something, with “marketing speak” that sounds like it came straight from a science-fiction novel. I started this blog to help you sort through the BS and find the supplements that are actually worth your time and money.

I’ve been a fitness enthusiast most of my life. Always looking for the best methods for putting in my best effort at the gym. I love to recreate that effort in the kitchen and put some nutritious meals on my plate and that of my friends and family.
