I must express appreciation to you just for rescuing me from this condition. Right after surfing around through the the net and seeing notions which were not helpful, I figured my life was well over. Existing minus the approaches to the difficulties you have fixed as a result of your good blog post is a critical case, as well as those which may have in a wrong way affected my entire career if I had not noticed your web blog. Your own mastery and kindness in handling all the details was valuable. I am not sure what I would have done if I hadn't discovered such a stuff like this. I am able to at this time look ahead to my future. Thanks for your time so much for this impressive and effective guide. I won't be reluctant to refer your web sites to anybody who should receive tips on this issue.

Great article, love the term 'food bender'. I like how you've accepted what happens and are moving forward, that important. Also, making into steps is great too, helps everyone along. Good stuff!

My best and most impressive numbers come from setting my mind on doing the right thing by my body and my food life and then only checking the results every few months. Big numbers! The first indication was my clothes fit again.

Another trick I learned was to view nothing as a "sin" all that did was show me how to fail. I play against my weaknesses and don't have enough sweat stuff in the house to realy do damage but I also try and increase my variety. That has worked wonders.

In fact I've been so busy living success (at last) I'd forgotten to blog about it and I'm a full time blogger too!

In short don't get to hung up on the small figures but on the trends. Anything that is downwards will sooner or later lead to the promise land. Your trend is in the right direction - everything is small stuff.

Hi I just read some of your postings and I wnat you to know that YOU can do this! Quit beating yourself up! 1 simple thing you can do is to plan your meals each day anyway you wnat and then cut them up into 6 or 7 meals instead of 3 big ones. I know that sounds dumb but it what the bariatrics do and it works. I had WLS and lost -114 lbs so far but.. my daughter copies me and she has lost -30 without changing what she eats, just spacing it out.
It really good to have a goal! You'll get there! Good for you and best wishes!

At first I read that as you were doing exercise sessions that were 7 hours long, but I'm assuming that's actually seven one hour long sessions? If not, impressive :)
